As it’s coming close to the end of the semester and many students will be going out to find jobs, and many more will be looking at this fact more closely as they enter their final year, I thought I’d share this article with you as it is very relevant and something many of you need to consider.

I know how people get hired in Korea – it’s all down to your grades, right?

I would also like to add that after your first job, your GPA is not bothered with much. In most cases if you have any type of job experience, that’s more looked upon than your past GPA.

In the case of job hunting, I would like to say that make tons of backups because most likely you will not get the job you wished for, but if you do, good for you. How I view job hunting is you do not pick the job in this current market. A student that’s looking for a job should have over a dozen plus resumes ready also a list of the corporations they wish to work for.
