    9. How can one keep their eyes healthy?

    Although many other parts of our body is important surely, gratitude of eyes is more special. We can perceive things, keep a sense of balance and feel stability by measuring distance by eyes. Then, what can we do for our eyes which do important function?
    First, in ordinary days, It’s good to take time to close eyes or look far mountains for rest of eyes in about ten minutes on one hour. In many cases of modern society, because most workers and students should be concentrate on computer monitor and books, they have possibility of xerophthalmia(dry eyes).
    Second, if you wear contact-lenses, you should touch them with clean hands and remain them in soaking solution after cleaning. Because contact lenses are easy to pollute and if you wear them inappropriately , it can cause conjunctivitis (eye inflammation)
    Finally, it is good to keep illumination in adequate lightness. When you read books or study, because eyes need considerable energy, too bright or too dark lightening can cause to overstrain for eyes. Moreover, besides basic illumination brightening whole room, if you turn on supplemental one by desk lamp, tiredness of eyes decreases greatly.
    With these simple ways, we can care our eyes better. In age of multimedia, contemporary person‘s eyes are overworking. How about doing these steps now?

      Once declined eye sight does not get better again except LASIK, LASEK and other surgeries. As you said, I think keeping our eyes healthy is very important than other body parts.

      It was useful tips for protecting one`s eyes healthy. However, I think it could be much better if you add some foods which are good for the health of eyes such as blueberry or carrot. Just a suggestion:)

        Yes! Many people believe that Vitamin A is good for eyes like carrot, blueberry, the yolk of an egg etc. But what I found is that they can’t improve your eye-sight . Doctors say that if you wouldn’t eat food evenly, it can decline your eye-sight so it is best to eat balanced diet.

    Late each year, the number of deaths by binge drinking is often on the news. There are a number of people whose health was ruined by drinking. And if you are sick and go to hospital, most doctors say “You must stop drinking and smoking for your health!”. And people say that drinking is injurious to one’s health. Then, why do people drink?
    If you ask around about the reason of drinking, most people will answer “because of stress”. In case of people who drink to deal with emotional stress, do they relieve their stress or just stop drinking? Relieving your stress and keeping your health should be your top priority in my mind. Too much stress is not good for your health. If you drink properly, it can relieve your stress and it is also good for your health. And according to a recent study, moderate drinkers had a lower risk of Alzheimer’s than either non-drinkers of heavy drinkers. In conclusion, it is not good for your health to juice back alcohol at a time and drink too much. But if you drink wisely, it can be helpful for your health. So, is it really so bad that people drink?

      I exactly know what you are trying to say; drinking alcohol is good for one`s health unless he or she drinks too much. However, I want you to write more reasons why alcohol is good for our health in detail. Just saying ‘it is also good for your health’ makes me curious about its advantages.

    Cell phones can cause some health issues. The most common problems that people, who use cell phones, face are headaches and fatigue. Radiation from cell phones damages sleep, that’s why people suffer from headaches and fatigue. According to the researches, people who use mobile phones before sleeping take longer to reach deeper stages of sleep and spend less time in them. This gives their body less time to recover from the tiring day. Another problem is that people can change their posture. People who hold their cell phones between the raised shoulder and the ear would have a damaging effect on their muscles, bones and tendons. However, still we can prevent all of these health problems. People shouldn’t use cell phones for long conversations, or they can use mobile headsets, so they don’t have to hold cell phones next to their ears all the time. The second thing is buying cell phone microwave radiation protection device, which can absorb electromagnetic energy waves from cell phones. It helps to reduce the harmful effects of radiation to their body. To sum up, cell phones are very useful devices only in that case if we don’t overuse them.

    4. How much exercise is necessary to build strong muscles?
    Although it depends on individual’s physical abilities, generally I can say from an hour to two hours for ordinary people(mainly for men but everyone may be possible). An hour is the minimum, so we had better exercise about an hour and a half. An hour of the time is for weight training and other thirty minutes are for aerobic exercise. To build muscles, aerobic exercise has to be accompanied with weight training. Weight traing makes masses of muscles bigger and stronger. Then, aeobic exercise is useful to burn body fat to make those muscles more definite.
    To be specific, I am going to recommend you how to exercise more effectively. First, divide you body to exercise into two groups. One group includes the chest, shoulders and the triceps. The other group contains back, biceps and legs. Do each part every second day except Sunday for resting, so it means that you exercise 6 days a week. However, abdominal exercises should be done everyday if you want six packs definitely.
    A body part of each group should be exercised in three different ways. For example in abdominal exercises, the crunch, the leg raise and the V up are reasonable. Do each detail exercises by three sets and take a rest about a minute between each set. The weight of barbells of dumbbels you would use should be heavy as you can lift fifteen times. Then just do until your muscles be exhausted.
    After finihing weight training, let’s do aerobic exercisise. I usually enjoy running because it does not need particular equips and it is one of the most effective aerobic exercises to improve stamina, burn body fat and stengthen lower body. Just run for thirty minutes as fast as you can. You do not have to be fast but, should last for thirty minutes.
    If you do this procedure consistently, you can get strong muscles easier. Frankly speaking, there is no one who gets strong muscles easy. But, tips I recommended you focus on the basic course for ordinary people.

        Weight training does not only mean getting strong muscles like body builders. As a female, if you want to avoid yo-yo effect, you have to do weight training. Because, improved muscles in your body increase your basal metabolism(기초대사량). If you have more basal metabolism, your body does not get fat easily because of improved limit of calories your body can get until you are fat. Increased metabolism is very helpful to keep you fit better than only doing aerobic exercise.

    Cold can be seen anytime in any where. Also when winter comes, we can easily see people who got a cold. But did you know that ‘Cold’ is most dangerous and disease that has no remedy? From now on, I want to tell you about the fallacy and remedy of cold.
    We commonly eat medicine or go to sleep early when we got a cold. Especially for Koreans, when they got a cold, they endure it by going sauna or doing exercise. But in fact, these things are not just perfect for cold. I mean these things are quite useless. First, if we see this with the aspect of medicine, there is no such medicine that just for cold. It’s just making us to go to sleep and reinforce our immunity and releasing our tiredness. So doctors use to say that ‘Cold’ is most scary disease because there is no medicine for cold.
    Second, it’s not good way to go to sauna or do exercise. Usually, we think it’s good to go to sauna because by doing it, the bad elements from our body comes out with our sweat but it’s not true. It could be worse than before because moisture from our body comes out too. Exercise also makes us our body feel tiredness so that it could be the negative effect.
    Therefore, the best medicine for cold is balanced meal and enough rest. But the best thing is not to have a cold.

    Roma was not built in a day. I think this saying is adjusted in exercise, too.
    In my experience, when I graduated from high school, I decided to go to fitness club as building musle and be in shape. A feew week later from the starting day, however, I just stop to exercise because I felt my mustle was like rupturing and I thought exercise alone is somewhat boring.
    One of my university friends also started to go to gym regularly in winter vacation. She has a trainer, and he told her
    “It’s hard to build muscle if you’re beginner. But if you had exercised before, you can get loose your weight and get your muscle more easly. Because, cell of a person who exercised before is little different from who hadn’t exercise before.”
    he added, “If you were a novice, you can build muscle after 6 months later from the day of stating exercies regularly.”
    Thinking about his advice, it’s very hard to build muscle especially you want strong muscle. But if you want to get nice muscle, you just not give up to keep going.

However, I do not know the answer about your topic, even if I read your comment about three or four times. I mean I want to know how much exercise is necessary to build strong muscles, not how difficult it is too get strong muscles for beginners.

    In past time, we, human, only had folk remedies for diseases. Because we don’t have any systematic medical science at that days, so we couldn’t get prescription from hospitals. That folk remedies are handed down to mordern times. It is same case for cold and we can easily hear many ways to treat a cold. There are some effective folk remedies to cure sinus cold, sore throat and fever.
    Firstly, sinus cold is common types of flu. Sneezing, snot and hyposmia can be result from sinus cold. This symptom can be cured by teas. One must make up for vitamin C to cure sinus cold. Lemon, citron tea are effective to provide vitamin C, so we can improve our immunity by drinking these teas. Also, washing inside a nose with saline solution or salt water can be helpful to recover sinus cold. Because we can disinfect virus and bacteria in our nose by using salt.
    Another type of flu is sore throat. It can be also called as acute pharyngitis which means that pharynx is infected by viruses. Coughing, tickling and swollen throat can be result from sore throat. Drinking hot water is completely simple way to recover this symptom. Balloon flower and quince are well known as good ingredients for throat.
    Lastly, fever is other type of flu. Fever is the state that body temperature is out of the normal range. One must have temperature of oral cavity from 37.8℃ to 38.2℃, if he or she is healthy. Ginger is effective to alleviate a fever, so ginger tea or ginger soup is good for this symptom. But it is weak point that ginger has bad smell. Barley and cassia seed tea is also effective. These ingredient has cold property, so it can function as fever reducer.
    These ways are really effective folk remedies for sinus cold, sore throat and fever. We can follow these ways without any prescription or expensive medicine. However, the most important thing is that relaxation and taking a rest. All disease, including cold, are caused by extreme stress and no relax from life. In addition to these kinds of folk remedies, people who has a cold must take a rest to recover cold.

    There are many medicine or hospital to cure the cold. It is the surest way to cure cold. Doctor adduce proper solution to you. But it is no wonder thing. Except that, I think induce perspiration is best way to heal the cold. Sweating helps to cure cold. Because sweating makes chills getting out of the body. I had that experience too. When i get a cold, i usually sleep with electric pad. It make my body warm, so i starts to sweat. Then next day, i feel much better than previous day. But there is a condition. I heard one of the reasons that getting cold is dryness. So patients who getting cold are show concern about humidity too. If room is dry, it is more worse to patients. Sleeping in the humid condition, it can makes you sweat. The next day, you feel much better than yesterday.

      I do not believe prescriptions from doctors about cold because I saw one documentary that showed ineffectiveness of eating cold-medicine in Korea. In that documentary, the pills which Korean doctors prescribe are nothing but an antibiotic, which is unhelpful to cure cold . Also, cold is healed naturally and taking Vitamin C is better in curing cold. I want you to reconsider about your first point.

    Surely, prevention is the key to protect our health. I heard that there are about 150 different types of cough in the world and you will never get the same cough if you’ve already gotten one before. In other words, your level of immune to the specific cough had strengthened since you have had that cough for a while. Well…let alone the immune system, not getting any cough or diseases would help you to protect your health the best. Then, what else can we do to prevent before we get cough or some other diseases. I would say, “WASHING HANDS” is the most important step which you should follow. My dad, in my case, always made our family wash hands when we arrive home from outdoor activity. He said that our hands are the most dirty part in body because we’ve got many viruses by touching stuff. So, Just not touching your face with the dirty hands can even prevent disease about 80% for sure. Thus, from now on, don’t forget to wash your hands after outdoor activities. It will certainly help you not to get any diseases or at least it would lessen the time you get one. But, don’t ever think that washing hands is everything. Plus, I can’t guarantee, if you have some other genetic problems:((

    “A sound mind in a sound body.” As an old quote indicates, having a sound mind sure is the key feature for each human to have a sound body. However, in my case, a sound , or neat “room” is a key feature to protect my health, especially in these three ways; helping with maintaining an organized life, keeping from daily disease-causing dangers, and encouraging positive thoughts. Firstly, having a neat room helps me maintain an organized life. With each object at its proper spot, I can save time that could have been spent on looking for something. In other words, I can in no time start doing what I have planned to do, and that helps me keep up with organized time spending habits. Living a well-regulated life is known to be the most basic and important way of maintaining a good health. Keeping from daily disease-causing environment is another benefit of having a neat room. Simple daily habits like airing out and dusting off my bed sheets are effective ways to have a healthy respiratory system. Sorting out worn and cleaned clothes everyday will reduce the chances of developing skin illness. Bugs and insects would not show up if I tidy up leftover food right after I am done with them. Last but not least, a neat room encourages positive thoughts. My room is where I come back from harsh days of school, part-time jobs or other various outdoor activities. Once I enter my room, and see it cleanly organized, I can let down my daily stresses and lightly finish my day. I know I would not be reproved by anyone for having an orderly room, and that allays another part of my stress. Of course, it may sound somewhat unrelating: a neat room and a healthy life. But as for me, whose room candidly reflects the amount of stress that its owner gets, a tidy room is the most important feature to protect my health.

    Most of women are interested in weight control for their whole lives. They always try to take a diet. For example, they eat anything, drink water of lemon, eat only one food and do exercise. I think that one of the most important ways is exercising. Exercising is more effective than other ways of diet. It helps to keep one’s skin supple. So if you want to be on a diet, you would exercise. Especially, it is important that how much exercise you do. In case of women, they need to exercise an hour and a half to every day for weight control. It is suitable for doing both erobic exercise and anaerobic exercise. If you do only erobic exercise or only anaerobic exercise, you would not have lost weight. So fisrt of all, you should do erobic exercise that you run a treadmill and ride a bike for 45 minutes. After this, you should do anaerobic exercise for another 45 minutes. So you have to exercise for an hour and half to weight control.

      45 minutes for each aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise and one hour and half for total… That is quite a long time! I used to walk only 20 minutes for exercise, but I think I should extend time:)

    There are many ways to protect and improve our health. For example, exercising, vegetarian diet, and regular check up. But I think the most important way is to have a positive mind. Trying to look on the bright side can affect our body considerably. As our society is getting faster and hardhearted, many people is losing their smile. So, programs about healing our mind has been made so much recently. Besides, there are a program in which people can laugh all the time during the class. Not smiling means that it makes less possibility of thinking positively. For instance, there were many accidents related to suicide because of depression. And Korea is ranked first in suicide rate. So, many people have begun to have interests on mental health. I think smiling can be connected to thinking positively and this can make our body more healthy. And this process is similar to a placebo effect. Through the placebo effect, we can know that mental health accounts for greater part of our body. Thinking bright side has a powerful effect on our health. I think a strength to believe is very strong. In conclusion, looking on the bright side is very helpful for our health. And we should try to think all the things which happened to us positively.

    ___”Health is the greatest gift, contentment the greatest wealth, faithfulness the best relationship. -Buddha ” Health has always been an issue between people. We know that thanks to technology of these days, the rate of life has increased notably. But we also need to know that technology is not the only cause of this increase of wealth. One good way to protect our health is doing physical exercises. And here are some reasons why we should do exercises.
    ___Reason number 1, doing physical exercises can strengthen your bones and muscles. It is important to have strong bones and muscles to keep your body in shape. As you age, your bones and muscles looses its strength which may cause you several problems when you get old. Therefore it is important to do exercises to protect them.
    ___Reason number 2, it improves your mental health and mood. Researches have shown that doing regular amount of exercises can keep your brain youth, in other words, your learning, thinking and judging skills will be sharp although you get old. Also doing physical activity can keep you away from depression which is a normal problem on these days.
    ___And finally reason number 3, it will increase your chances of living longer. Physical activities help you to decrease the risks of getting a heart attack and some kinds of cancers. Doing exercises open up your blood stream which will help to control your blood pressure and by sweating you are eliminating bad substances from your body.

    If your body doesn’t work well what you want, can you imagine it? Maybe not, at least we will undergo hardship to live. Likewise, eyes are severly important nutrition of our body. We need to protect our eyes. To protect them, I explain with 3 reasons.
    Firstly, we need to reduce their fatigue to keep good status. Reducing fatigue is important not only eyes, but also the others. So we should reduce their running time, like time to computer, TV etc. And we’d better don’t look at something without light. When I was young, I have been see a cartoon book before asleep. Finally, I wore a glasses during my school life. Next, massaging is another ways of keep eyes healthy. When we have some pain, we used to take some massage or do ourselves. Eye massage can be a good way. Absolutely, we don’t have to rub eyes directly. We should rub their around.
    Food also can be a important nutritions to protect our eye healthy. Especially, a variety of vegetables help our status good. Also they are concerned to eyes health. A carrot is most helpful food to eyes. They have an effect of bigger than any medicine.
    In sum, we need to stay our eyes health good. And also we should notice that eyes are indispensable. We must protcet before the mend end the barn after the horse is stolen.

    ㅡㅡWhat are the most important nutrients Koreans need? According to the national health nutrition survey, Koreans have been being low in calcium, iron and Riboflavin from 1995 to 2012. These three nutrients are essential elements to keep our health. Therefore, I think these are most important nutrients’ Koreans need. Then, let’s look at what effect the nutrients have on our body.

    ㅡㅡFirst, calcium forms teeth and bone, and have effect on muscle contraction and blood coagulation. A low its level can impair the activities of your heart, muscles and nerves. Furthermore, getting osteoporosis is highly probable if your calcium are deficient.

    ㅡㅡSecond, Riboflavin, B2, have oxidation-reduction reaction. That is to say anti-age. The nutrient also is concerned in many enzyme reactions and energy metabolism. If a person lacks it, an oral cavity illness such as glossitis and cheilosis, eyes and nervous system disorder and a confusion occur in his body.

    ㅡㅡFinally, iron constructs a hemoglobin to supply oxygen and a myoglobin to be used to muscle. A lack of it in the body causes a blood count to be low. It results in a anemia.     Health is one of important treasures in your life. And many things affect to our health. So we need to effort for our health. And do not something is one of the parts these efforts. For example, do not drink too much alcohol and no smoking.
    First of all, too much alcohol makes trouble your health. Especially, too much alcohol is not good for your liver. Of course, alcohol is not always bad for your health. Actually, a glass of wine has effect solving insomnia. But most people drink too much alcohol beverage. As a result, it can be cause of serious illness like cancer.
    Second, do not smoking. Nowadays, most people know that tobacco doesn’t has any advantage for their health. And many public places has sign-“No Smoking”. What is effect of smoking? Representatively, your strength is weaker than before by nicotine and tar. These component disturb blood circulation and your muscle has lack of oxygen. And as you know, smoking is cause of lung cancer. Actually, Statistics said that one of the main causes death is lung cancer in Korea.
    These things are very small parts for your health. Other factors affect to your health is very wide. But I think these two things very important I think. Many people in the world already know.     First, Exercise strengthens your immunity. To be specific, moderate exercise will relieve the extravasated blood, and at the same time blood circulation will be well. So good nutrition and energy from the food can be absorbed. This outcome is expected to be strong immunity. More importantly, it works a treat every time you do the exercise continues.     To live without suffering from disease, I think eating healthy food is most important than any other things. Eating something is that we do 3 times a day or at least once a day, for our whole life. Furthermore many medical doctors way that what we eat account for eighty percent of cause of disease. Therefore, these facts explain why the hospital serves unpalatable and tasteless foods to their inpatients and they must eat only the foods in the hospital. There are many cases that alternative therapies cure the diseases what many doctors in hospital can’t treat.
    For these reasons, I try to eat healthy food regularly. It is the best meal that eating fresh vegetables and seaweed containing vitamins and foods with good carbohydrate and rich dietary fiber from not refined grain, such as whole grain and brown rice. It is also good way to live healthier that we intake more vegetable fats from olive and almond, not animal fats which cause obesity. However, this meal is so ideal that we can’t eat foods in this way, every day. Instead of this, I try to eat meal containing some vegetables and avoid foods made from white flour and frozen and processed food. In addition I eat a handful of almond, instead of sweet things, for my snack. I believe these eating habits are helpful to live a long and healthier life.

    Many people are not considering their eyes healthy. But, eyes healthy is as important as body healthy. To keep eyes healthy, people should control moisture and temperature. Because if the interior of room is dry and temperature is high, it causes dry eye. Second way is to avoid extended exposure to ultraviolet radiation. ultraviolet radiation is a cause of poor eyes healthy. it causes many diseases of our eyes including cataract. So, we had better avoid exposure to ultraviolet radiation and put on sunglasses. Third way is to reduce usage of electric equipment such as smart phones, television and computers. Because, it makes an electronic wave which can cause reducing brain cell and disturbing the flow of blood. Finally, taking of Vitamin A is also way to keep eyes healthy. Lack of Vitamin A can cause a night blindness and dry eye. So, eating of milk, carrots, spinach which include Vitamin A is helpful to keep our eyes healthy.

    It’s easy to catch a cold during the change of seasons. So, we can easily see the people who got a cold. There are three best remedies that I usually do when I caught a cold. Let’s look at them now.
    First, drinking water as much as possible. It can predict you from getting cold and also help you to get over the cold. As the viruses like the dry circumstances, it’s really needed to drink at least 2 liters a day.
    Second, washing your hands as often as you can. Hands are the most durtiest pats in our body. If these hands are not well washed, bacteria and germs which are in our hands enter our body through eyes and mouth. And finally it let us catch a cold. So, we should keep our hands clean.
    Third, keep your body warm. This is the thing that we all know, but it’s hard to keep, especially for women. Because people dress lightly even in the middle of winter, because of their fashion styles. But, when the body is cold, the level of immunity is bound to drop and of course, it makes us easy to catch a cold.
    These remedies are the things that we can do easily in our daily lives. Just with keeping these things right, we can predict the cold. I hope these things help you and be careful not to catch a cold.

    ____I think that it is ‘case by case’. It sounds like a matter of course, But it is always overlooked thing. Examfing me and my family, I can explain you this fact. For example, I’m living in school dormitory which distant from my home and family. So I can’t ingest nutrients which is vital for people’s living appropriately.At first Every morning I get up late. So I can’t take my breakfast. And after one or two lecture I can’t stand hunger so I go to convinient store and buy fast food like hamburger or sandwich. That foods just contain lots of nutrients like a fat, carbohydrate, or protein. However that foods are processed too much. So nutrient like vitamin or mineral things are not contained. In conclusion, I get nutrient problem in vitamin things. Secondly my sister is very picky about food. So she doesn’t eat rice or vegetable. In this case she need more carbohydrate and food fiber. Finally my father has tendency that he doesn’t like meat as main menu, he want meat when he eat meat as side dishes. Furthermore he even can’t stand cheese or cream. So my dad has nutrient froblem with fat. In conclusion all people have their own deficiency in nutrient. So all people have theit each the most important nutrients. As ‘Orange lover’ the vitamin C is not most important nutrient

    Most people have their own cell phone such as a smart phone which has many functions thanks to technology. people often use their cell phone because it has a lot of good points. But more frequently using cell phone can make more problems. There are three problems about eyes, brain, and hands. And if you want to prevent these problems, you have to follow these precautions.
    First of all, If you use your cell phone frequently, your eyesight can became poor. In a cell phone, letters are small and people use their cell phone for a long time and they focus one place. These behaviors can make your eye tired easily. And if these situations are repeated, your eyesight can be bad. So you have to make letters as big as possible. You have to make screen bright and you’d better not look at the screen for a long time. If you have to use your cell phone for a long time unavoidably, after using your cell phone, you’d better have enough relax for your eyes.
    Second, depending on your cell phone can make you suffer from dementia which is called smart phone syndrome. Thanks to smart phone, people can record everything very easily. So people don’t have to memorize everything like phone number, ID, and so on. It is very comfortable and convenient and people really like these functions. But people’s memory can be improved when people use their brain continually. If you depend on their cell phone unconditionally, it can make your memory go bad. So you can’t remember somethings like phone number.
    Finally, when you often use your cell phone, you can have carpal tunnel syndrome and hand tremor. These diseases are occurred by using their hand a lot. Nowadays most cell phones are smart phone and people have to use their hand a lot because these kinds of cell phone are activated by hand. These diseases can make some pain in your hands and if it became severely, sometimes you can’t use your hands. So you’d better use your cell phone as little as possible.
    Although using cell phone has a lot of good points, it can make your health bad when you use your cell phone a lot. Using cell phone a lot will make your eyes, brain, and hands became poor. So you’d better use more analog ways like writing, memorizing, and so on as possilbe as you can.

    In our life, health is a key element. If we were lose our health, our life would become meaningless. Because losing our health makes us can’t doing nothing. So, we should doing anything to protect our health. To keep our body, mental health condition, I introduce several ways. Firstly, we should should be vaccinated before it is too late. Vaccination means as a real sense of the word protecting to the worst situation. If you were vaccinate measles, you would gain immunity of measles. Consequently, you certainly prevent a measles under any circumstance. Secondly, you should got a physical exam at the hospital regularly. Although, you are young age people, you might have a physical problem. So, regardless of age, we all check our health through physical examination. This physical examination can cure fatal illness in the early stages that we can’t feel physically. Finally, we should exercise steadily to protect our health. Many people know exercise is good for them, but they don’t know how good. Exercise’s benefits are innumerable. At first, exercise controls weight. Control weight helps us protecting high blood pressure, diabetes, and obesity. Then, exercise combats health conditions and diseases and improves mood, boost energy and so on. In conclusion, we should do these things. These things should be a minimum amount of effort for your health.     I think the most important thing I can do to protect my health is found in psychological area rather than physical. A doctor says, ‘we try to mend patients’ state of mind too because that’s the core of every illness’. Like a this sentence, the mental health is very important since it is related to physical health. So the most important thing is mind. Although the body is heathy, if the mind sick is sick, the body will become sick. So I’d like to say that try to be optimistic all the time! Some people think that is abstract and not realizable but the power of the positive mind and think is very strong. One experiment prove my statement is that the same two bowl of rice is ready, and one is told by positive words while the other is told by negative words. After a month, one that had heard positive words made clear and white yeast, the other that had heard negative words made foul and black mold. It show the amazing power of positive things. Thus, we always try to think and act positively to protect our health. -> That is information related to my posting.

    When we have a social lives after high school, we need to drink with guests and other people in the company once in a while because people tends to open up and talk what they have in their mind once the alcohol goes into system. Through this, we can develop closer relationships with them.
    Medical reports also shows that moderate drinking helps metabolism and beneficial for body.
    But, The more you drink, the greater your chance of liver cancer and weak constitution gets.
    But, as is widely known, an appropriate intake of alcohol is even better to our health than no intake of alcohol at all.
    By means the spread of proper drinking habit of the appropriate alcohol intake, we can attain both clean night streets and good health.

Simply, they cause from headache and pimples to cancer. these effects are well known for many people. but I think more serious and immediate caused effect is mental problems. Today, there is many people who always keep their cell phone around them. they feel anxiety if cell phone is not on their hands. And because of the cell phone, people don’t communicate in person. some people undergo problems when they meet person in real situation. health problems that caused by cell phones are diversifying and extending.

    Living healthy is most important thing in our lives. Everyone is interested in maintain healthy. I think the most important thing to protect health is mind. Be positive and be happy are the most significant thing to keep our body healthy. for example, even if I have a very mild cold-like signs then I keep thinking ‘I’m going to take a terrible cold.’ then I would be just like that. Mind control is really important for our health. The mind affects the body. In my case, I keep thinking I’m going to be healthy, that really helped for my physical health. Even if you eat all kinds of nutritional foods, medicines and exercising, still mind influence your body. So what I want to say is being positive and controlling your mind are the best way to protect your health.
