    1. How do you keep fit?

    The method I keep fit is the balance of proper exercise and diet. In fact, as the Corona continued and the time at home increased, I gained a lot of weight and my health got worse. Feeling serious about it, I tried to exercise at least 30 minutes a day with a balanced diet. I kept exercising, losing weight and becoming healthy. In addition, if we exercise, it is so helpful for overall healthy because it not only makes us physically healthy but also mentally healthy. The important key of exercising is a consistency. It doesn’t help our health much if we exercise too much in a day and don’t do the next day because of tiredness. In terms of a diet, it is more important to eat a balanced diet of nutrients than a reduce the amount of food by too much effort.

    1. How do you keep fit?

    I usually do exercise about five times a week each time takes 2 hours to keep fit. For four times, I go to the fitness centre to work out for one hour and half and run on the treadmill for half an hour. This is the best order to keep fit and lose weight. When you do exercise of muscles first, you can use up energy sources of a body such as carbohydrate and protein. Then, if you run after workout, you can burn fat effectively because fat is used after the other sources are exhausted. My plan of exercise makes me gain more muscles also lose fat. These are why I can keep fit healthily. For one time, I always play football every Sunday. It also take about 2 hours. Football is a whole-body sport because I need to run and kick the ball and tussles on the pitch. All of these are how to keep my fit. I think it is good to do exercise steadily and keep fit to avoid illness and torpor.

    1.How do you keep fit?
    Actually, I feel stressed whenever I gain weight. I don’t weigh a lot and I’m rather skinny, but I feel that I’ve changed a lot when I gain 2 or 3 kilograms. Especially when I look in the mirror or wear jeans, I feel that I have gained weight. When that happens, I rarely eat food to lose weight in a short period of time. Of course, I am well aware that I need to control my diet and exercise together to lose more weight. But I feel hungry after doing exercise so I eat more and I can’t lose my weight in short period. So I just reduce my weight with controlling food’s amount and after I achieve to lose weight, then I start to exercise to maintain that weight. Instead, from then on, I try to eat everything I want to eat, but I try to eat less.

    Doing too much exercise make some problems in our body and mind. Over training damage parts of our body such as shoulders, waist and knees. Moving our body too hard relative to our physical level can hurt our joint and muscles. And it causes some physical problems like slipped disc and hamstring injury. Also, exercise makes us exhausted or tired and destroys our lifestyle when it is too much. We will feel a lack of vitality and lasting fatigue. And over activity make low quality of sleep and low concentration in our lives. Finally, Heavy exercise lead to exercise addiction problem if it continues. Exercise addiction will bring some mental anxiety and make us unable to stop exercise. It is harmful to our physical condition and health. Doing too much exercise will damage our body and weaken our health. So, it is important to train suitable for us.

    1. How do you keep fit?

    After COVID19 happened, my daily routine got a lot different from last year. I gained lots of weight by delivering food to home and less time moving. I found myself different externally and internally from last year. I got chubby and lazy to do something active. So I downloaded Nike Run Club application to record my running time and distance. I set the goal to walk more than 5km everyday. I take time to exercise and walk in the park. Also after the part-time job, I walk home without taking a bus to achieve my goal. Walking seems nothing, but it gives me more than I thought. First, it gives energy. I used to spend lots of time with phone at home, but when I came outside and saw the sky and nature, I felt refreshed. Second, it helps me lose weight. Unlike other exercises, it seems quite effective to burn calories without being tired or sweating a lot. I would like to recommend walking for people who needs to lose weight or get stressed by work. Walking can solve both of them.

    Without a doubt, exercise is the one of the good ways to keep fit because it allows a lot of people who usually enjoy fattening food and have a sedentary lifestyle to work out regularly. However, in my opinion, everything in excess is not good to our health. Especially, working out too much is bad for health. In these days, many people tend to go to the gym to work out, and it is common to find people who prefer to do demanding and intensive exercise. However, it can be hard on their body. For example, it can cause excessive strain on joints and bones. Also, muscles of the shoulder and calf can be easily torn and some people can have a chance of suffering from a herniated disk. To make matters worse, anyone who are overly engrossed in working out can hurt his or her health. Therefore, it is important to exercise properly.

    1. How do you keep fit?

    To keep fit, I take a walk around the lake park with my friend every day. In fact, because of my weak will, I had never succeeded in developing an exercise habit before. So I decided to exercise with my friend. Unlike me, she is very strong-willed and diligent, so I thought she could lead me well. At first, It was not easy for me to exercise every day. As expected, I soon felt tiresome and wanted to give it up. But my friend encouraged me every day, so I could develop an exercise habit for the first time in my life. Through walking around the lake park, I walk about 10,000 steps every day. It makes me refresh and stay healthy.

    To keep fit, I exercise regularly and try to eat healthy food. Usually, I exercise more than 4 times a week. I stretch my body, run or walk near home. I like to exercise, so exercising is not a very hard task for me. However, a healthy diet is more a challenging one for me. I once had an obsession with my diet. I wanted to lose my weight, so I started to reduce the amount of food I eat. My obsession was intensified, and my health degenerated quickly. It takes a long time to recover my health. Now, I put lots of effort to maintain a healthy diet. I eat an appropriate amount of vegetables, meat, and eggs.

    Too much exercise can damage health rather than not exercising. Because excessive exercise damages the human body. For example, excessive exercise may result in injury to the body. The most common injuries during exercise are scratch, ligament damage, or muscle pain. It can also cause dehydration. Especially in the case of dehydration that occurs during exercise, water absorption alone may not improve because moisture and sodium components are lost at the same time. Excessive exercise is not only bad for the body but also bad for the mind. For example, it can cause fatigue, headaches, insomnia, and depression for no reason.
    Therefore, excessive exercise is not good for health. When exercising, people should exercise moderately according to their body.

    Exercise is the best way to keep fit. First, I can figure out the condition of the body and do the necessary exercises accordingly. Therefore, I can get healthier by controlling my body condition. Second, I can balance my life by exercising. I have to make a time for exercise in my schedules. This can balance my lifestyle by eliminating the waste of useless time. Also, when I exercise regularly, it will help me to grow my patience and passion. Third, I can raise my self-esteem. If I set a goal and start exercising, it will motivate me. I can be more active and try consistently to get the goal. This will reinforce my mental health and self-esteem.

    According to many news and articles, most modern people lack exercise. However, on the contrary, some people are harmed by excessive exercise. People who work out too much are likely to have problems in parts such as joints and waist. It is a case of immoderate training of weak areas and subsequent injury. Squat, for example, is a basic and effective workout that strengthens lower body muscles and burns calories. However, if we don’t do this exercise properly, we can hurt our knee joints and the back of our thighs. Like this, there are many exercises that can cause joint injury or exposure to diseases such as lumbar disc. Doing the right amount of exercise for the proper time is a healthy way to exercise.

    In my experience, it is important to exercise regularly, but the best way to keep fit is to have a regular life, including eating regular meals, and going to bed and waking up at certain times. I have been so busy studying and working these days that I could not go to sleep early. I often ate some food in the middle of the night, skipping my breakfast and lunch. As a result, I got easily annoyed by every little thing. Even though I take exercise twice a week, I feel more exhausted than before both mentally and physically. Moreover, I have read an article about the secret of longevity. It said that those who live to 100 tend to have their meals three times a day. Also most of them go to bed before midnight, sleeping for at least 6 hours. For these reasons, I strongly believe that a regular routine should be a priority for the health. It seems to me that people had better work out after this condition is met.

    Doing sports is the best way to keep fit because it helps to maintain physical and mental vitality. People can choose a variety of sports that we want to do and can control the intensity of our exercise. By increasing the limits, our bodies will be healthy, and people gain a sense of accomplishment. In fact, while there are some sports we can do alone, most sports need people to do together. When we do sports with our friends, we might be energetic and excited. This social relationship tends to give people confidence, and it leads to get a mental vitality. According to experts, sports are effective in consuming calories, so it can prevent obesity. Also, they can reduce stress and activate the brain, which has a positive effect on the body.

    Nowadays, many people are busy doing their tasks. Most of them do not take time to exercise. Therefore, doing sport is a good way to keep fit. To enjoy sports, people have to spare their time. By doing exercises, they can reduce the risk of heart diseases. Exercise helps their blood circulation. The circulation of the blood lowers the risk of heart diseases. In addition, learning new sports can be a hobby and it also improves mental health. Not only physically get fit, by having fun with sports, but also people should be healthy mentally. Exercise stimulates the body to release chemicals that improve the function of a person’s brain. For these beneficial reasons, I think that doing sport is the best way to keep fit.

    1. How do you keep fit?
    I care about exercise, food, and sleep to keep fit. First, I exercise at least twice a week. Originally, I don’t have good physical strength, so I avoid strenuous exercise. Instead, I walk fast in the park or do home training. Secondly, I eat regularly. I think it’s important to eat regular meals with a healthy diet. It is sometimes impossible to eat every meal on a healthy diet in everyday life. But, at least, I try to eat on time. Because I get to eat a lot of snacks when I skip meals. Finally, I try to sleep at regular times. I think that if the bedtime is not regular, the balance of the body is broken. While sleeping, the body gets enough rest and recharge its energy. This is the least worrisome because it is a much simpler factor than the two preceding ones.

    There are a few things I care about to stay healthy. First, try to sleep long enough. This is because sufficient sleep relieves fatigue from the previous day and refreshes the organs with rest. Moderate sleep time also helps build muscles. Next, I try to take various nutrients. I take iron tablets every day. And most meals are cooked and eaten by myself to take the nutrients from the ingredients as they are. Disinfect fruits and vegetables used in cooking with baking soda and vinegar and wash them clean under running water. This is to prevent the intake of pesticides and preservatives. Finally, I try to exercise regularly. Stretch before and after exercise and do aerobic exercise after muscular exercise. I think, it is more important to continue exercising at moderate intensity than to do it for a long time at a time.

    Especially I care about eating to keep fit. I always eat vegetables every day. I like meat and also always eat vegetables with meat. If I can’t eat vegetables that day, I try to eat vegetables on purpose. when I eat vegetables, I feel fresh and my blood clear. and I also eat vitamin every day. Taking vitamins every day can help you regain vitality and reduce your physical burden. So I try to eat vitamin every day on purpose. I think sleeping is also important to keep fit. Because if I can’t sleep well, I’m too tired to do my regular activity and my nerves are always on edge that day. So sufficient sleeping can make me live comfortable. some people say doing exercise also can make us keep fit, but exercise has many risk when we doing exercise, so I can’t recommend to do exercise to keep fit

    I think exercise is the best way to keep fit. We can obtain physical and psychological effects by regular exercise. First, as the physical effect, the muscles of each part of our body are developed. In particular, some body parts are not used in everyday life, should be developed through regular exercise because their muscles and functions are shrink and decreased. Second, as the psychological effect, exercise is effective in relieving human negative thoughts. The appropriate amount of exercise can improve the ability of humans to relieve stress caused by internal and external environments. Also, there is a relaxation effect for calming the mind by giving an active and positive thought to everything and appropriately relaxing the tense state of the muscles. These effects show that regular exercise is the best way to keep fit.

    1. How do you keep fit?
    I’m more like a skinny body than a chubby body type, but I manage my weight through diet and exercise since I prefer a healthy body to just a skinny body. I’ve always had a complex about looking too skinny. So, since I was 17 years old, I have increased my muscle mass through weight training and I kept my weight at a certain level through diet control. I do anaerobic exercise and aerobic exercise every day, and I manage my diet only when my weight changes a lot. I usually do weight training first and do aerobic exercise because it is more effective to exercise in this order. I usually do weight training for 40 minutes and then do aerobic exercise for about 30 minutes. However, I do weight training for just about 30 minutes on days when I can’t finish my exercise due to my busy schedule. I think it is more important to exercise regularly than to exercise a lot in a day for a healthy body.

    I exercise regularly and manage my diet to stay healthy. When my life pattern was irregular and the day and night changed, I felt my health was getting worse. For that reason, I wake up at 9 a.m. every morning and go to the gym to exercise nowadays. In addition to this, I play football 2hours every Thursday with college seniors and juniors. For a balanced diet, I eat salad at least once a day and I eat enough protein after exercise. Also, I take multivitamin every morning to get other nutrients. Moreover, I also try to take care of mental as well as physical health. I try to do my hobbies regularly to relieve stress that accumulated by my studies and other things. I used to play a lot of games as a hobby, but I felt it gives bad effects to my health. So, these days, I play the guitar or enjoy sports to relieve stress.

    Before covid19 appeared, I had gone to indoor rock rock climbing gym for keeping fit. But after covid19 appeared, I couldn’t go gym. So now I usually run every morning and night. I exercise lightly in the morning and try to run as long as possible in the evening. I naturally wake up early to exercise in the morning and sleep early because I get tired from exercise. In other words, exercise leads to regular life. This is also one way to stay healthy. Also, I am trying not to eat foods with too much sodium or fast food. These foods make us feel hungry earlier and eat more foods. This irregular meal intake leads to weight gain and deterioration of health. So I do not eat fast food and too much sodium for my health.
