    What I do to keep fit is pilates and running. I take pilates lessons three times a week and try to build up my physical strength and maintain a healthy body. My exercise routine is to first do aerobic exercise by running for an hour and then take pilates class for an hour. After I started exercising, my life became lively and there were many changes. My stiff body became more flexible and tiredness has gone away. Also, the weak and drooping flesh gained momentum and my basic physical strength more improved than before. What has changed from exercising and taking care of myself every day is that my self-esteem has also risen because of the thought of my body becoming healthy and beautiful. Because of these advantages, I will continue to exercise for my health.

    To keep fit effectively, it is important to do sport more than any other activity. When the individual exercises, they can preserve the healthy condition of their body. Lung capacity will increase than before and the internal organ such as the stomach, liver, and large intestine can function more smoothly. Strengthened muscles frequently result in human blood vessels more activated, therefore the absorption of the balanced nutrient diet will be more effectively soared. This can obviously exclude serious diseases like cancer and diabetes and virus-caused illnesses. Also, doing sport tends to lead the human to better mental health as well. More endorphin which is a hormone generated from the brain if people exercises, makes the human more pleasant and settled. There’s a reason that ‘A sound mind in a sound body’ is a famous proverb.

    It is obvious that take exercise regularly is important. However, I agree in part with this, because eating habits and mental health is also significant. The great synergy can occur when exercise combined with a proper diet. Working out every day can be inefficient when you don’t care what you eat. Eating foods that contain high calories such as junk food can cause the exercise useless. Also, mental health is important. Not only exercise but every behavior is related to psychological health. Unconditionally engrossed to something without psychological preparation can cause side effects such as depression and burnout syndrome It would be better to behave thinking that exercise is the process of building a healthy body rather than be hard on myself with stress and criticism severely of losing fat.

    I try to stay healthy by home training. Going to the fitness center or taking private exercise lessons is a burden of money and time, so I exercise at home with the help of videos. Recently, I can find many videos that teach me exercise professionally and specifically on YouTube. I focus on muscle and core strengthening exercises because I lack muscle mass and have weak physical strength. Exercise is also having a good effect on mental health, such as improving self-confidence. And I take lactobacillus, lutein, and vitamin supplements every day. They protect my intestinal and eye health and preserve my physical strength. Healthy eating habits are also very important. So I try to eat fast food or delivery food less than once or twice a week and take nutrients evenly.

    There are many people who enjoy doing sports, and each one of them has their own reasons. But the best reason would be ‘making a good body’, or ‘keeping fit’. By doing sports, we can keep fit both physically and mentally. I would like to talk about how sports keep ourselves fit. First and most simply, doing sports makes us healthy. When people are sick and have a disease, doctors commonly recommend regular exercise(sport). One of the best things about doing a sport is that there are many types of sports that can enhance a person’s weakness. Another thing is that sports make us happy and energetic. After a certain amount of exercise, we can naturally feel the positive energy dominating us. To make a healthy body and a positive mind, doing sport is definitely the best way.

    Yes. I reckon doing sport is the best way to stay healthy. Many people give up exercising because of boredom. However, it is important to exercise regularly to keep fit. Eating less doesn’t mean that you are getting fit. There are many kinds of sports such as soccer, baseball, basketball, tennis, etc. Therefore, you can choose what you want to do if you get bored with riding a treadmill. There are many kinds of sports, so you won’t get bored with working out. Also, it is possible to get along with people. All most sports require at least two people. To do this exercise, you can do it with your close friend or join a sports club. Either will help you become a more sociable person and exercise regularly than when you exercise alone. Playing sports is the best way to burn fat and stay healthy overall.

    Exercising causes tremendous changes in our bodies beyond the effects of weight control that we can generally think of. First of all, a lack of exercise causes the body to lose physical strength and thus the functioning of the body organs. By exercising, we can smoothly send blood from the heart to the whole body. If you don’t exercise, people’s heart muscle weakens and contractions decrease, which increases the heart’s pumping to provide enough blood, which puts a huge burden on the heart, which slows down the heart function and later causes heart disease. Regular exercise also plays a role in preventing diseases. By exercising, it increases immune-related cells in the body, thereby increasing immunity, improving resistance to fatigue, and also helping to improve resistance to pathogens against certain diseases. Therefore, exercise is the best way to make your body healthy.

    Exercise is usually done to stay in shape or lose weight, but it also makes our lives energetic. Some people say that the more exercise we do, the healthier we became, but excessive exercise can cause unexpected problems. For example, it lowers our immune function. Of course, activities of moderate intensity improve our immunity, but if we suddenly exercise at a high intensity, we may be exposed to colds and other diseases due to our weakened immune system. In addition, excessive exercise tends to tire us easily which can affect our daily lives, such as losing appetite, becoming lethargic or having muscle aches. As the fatigue does not be relieved easily for a few days, special caution is needed when you first start workout. Therefore, when we begin exercising, we should not immediately start too-much training, but gradually increase the intensity so that our bodies can adapt to sudden movements.

Once injured, people may not be able to exercise forever, and people have to spend a lot of time on rehabilitation. Moreover, once there is a trauma to the injured area, people may not exercise forever. Next, excessive exercise can have a bad reaction to our body. For example, if people exercise too hard for their body to bear, people may experience skin allergies, excessive weight gain and loss, and insomnia. These side effects are not only bad for the body, but they can also lead to a loss of motivation for exercise in the future.

    There are quite a lot of physical problems, such as all sorts of disks, disorders of brain function and so on, due to the over training, but I’m going to talk about the ‘psychological’ problems from it. The most representative example from excessive exercise is ‘exercise addiction’, which means an unhealthy obsession with physical fitness and exercise. People who suffer from ‘exercise addiction’ are often experiencing withdrawal symptoms after long periods without exercise, reducing activities in other areas of life to make time for exercise, and feeling an inability to stick with a reduced exercise routine. When exercise becomes an ultimate purpose of a life, not for health and leisure purposes, it is difficult to maintain daily life, and especially when people who exercise for the purpose of diet become addicted to exercise, it can add stress to their dissatisfaction with their body. Therefore, setting a certain exercise time and making sure the boundaries between work and life is important to prevent this problem. People must keep in mind that proper exercise helps the body and mind, but excessive exercise rather hurts the body and mind.

    Many people say the best way to to keep fit is to regulate our diet, what we eat and how much we eat. However, just regulating our diet has a few limitations in keeping our body fit. Since active mass of contemporary man has decreased a lot than the past, exercising is essential to maintain appropriate level of body fat, muscle and so on. Just by regulating diet, our body can’t make new muscles that we need and can’t burn enough body fat to keep us fit. Also, to make our body in a better shape, sports are essential. Sports also lead to the increase of the stamina of our body so that we can feel less stress while working. Just doing sports can’t be a good way to keep fit. However with appropriate diet, sport can be the best way to maintain out health.

    As social interest in appearance and diet increases, more and more people suffer from ‘exercise addiction’ as well. Exercise addiction refers to the behavior of continuing to exercise more than one’s ability to work out. People suffering from this symptom continue to exercise without being aware of excessive intensity and exhaustion of physical strength to maintain the bliss which they feel when they exercise. However, temporary dehydration and cerebral anemia can occur in the body if this condition lasts. Depending on the person, it can also result in a very fatal problem such as myocardial infarction. The rupture and damage of muscles or bones is also a result of excessive exercise. Everyone knows that working out regularly is good, but it is rather harmful if the individual continues it without considering one’s proper strength, time and form of the exercise. Therefore, it is better to exercise with the aim of keeping the body and mind healthy in the long run rather than for the purpose of short-term weight loss and muscle gain.

    I think that doing exercise is the best way to keep fit. I have had experiences to try to make my body healthy in various ways, like less eating carbohydrate and sugar, and having a regular life. However, I felt that doing exercise is the most effective solution. If we do exercise, our daily activity will be increased. Our muscles will be improved, and we will be able to enjoy our one day, living lively and cheerful. Doing exercise can make us feel satisfied and healthy. Furthermore, it can increase our physical strength. Physical strength is an important thing for our life. The more physical is strong, the more we can do a lot of things. Doing sport is the best way physically and mentally.

    It is a fair fact that doing sport is very important in our lives. Nowadays, many people today have more time to sit their chairs to do work and no time for exercising. Many diseases are caused by stress and lack of exercising. Thereby, there are some people who release their stress by exercising. It is undeniable fact that doing sport can be considered as a panacea. Exercising helps to strengthen immunity and increase metabolism. It is also good for mental health because of releasing stress. Everyday, we set the daily goals and can get sense of accomplishment which contributes to self-esteem. It can be seen trivial, but when we repeat the routine every day, the result of doing sport cannot be seen trivial anymore.

    I try to keep myself fit by going outside every day. This is a new goal I made after the pandemic. Due to the Coronavirus, many fitness centers were closed, and I did not feel safe to exercise in the gym. So, I decided to work out at home. However, after a while, I did not want to do any training and felt depressed. I even gained weight. Thankfully, I was not the only person having this issue. My friends also had the same problem. We decided to walk around the river (open area), and it was a great solution. We felt happy and so motivated. The three of us made a deal to buy each other a meal when each of us reaches our goal. I believe the best way to stay fit is by having positive motivation like my friends and establishing a simple goal that I can accomplish every day.

There are also many people who are injured in the tendons or suffer strains and sprains of the shoulders and lower limbs. It takes a lot of time to recover, and in severe cases, surgery is required. In addition, the side effects of immoderate exercise are not limited to physical problems. Insomnia is a common trouble experienced by people who exercise a lot. This cause body to overproduce stress hormones, so even if the body is very tired, it can make it harder to sleep at night. Moreover, over-exercise makes it easy for people to feel tired, making everyday life difficult, like studying or working, which can even lead to problems with concentration or memory. Therefore, just as there is a saying that excessive degree may be worse than insufficient, it’s important to take moderate exercise.

In my opinion, the most efficient method to keep fit is exercising. In my case, I have played badminton, which is one of the physical activities to. Due to preserve health. Due to the Covid-19, it is now impossible to exercise, but previously I used to play badminton more than twice a week. There are many advantages to badminton. First of all, it keeps you physically healthy. As a full-body exercise, badminton not only helps develop the respiratory system and strengthens the internal organs, but it is also effective for dieters like me to burn calories. In addition, it supports us to have a better mental health. This sport has relieved my stress on study and helped me lose weight, which also increased my self-esteem. Furthermore, badminton is not an expensive and difficult sport. Some people worry that exercising requires a lot of money and the place where people can exercise is limited. However, badminton does not cost much for facilities and equipment if you join an club and as an indoor sport, it isn’t affected by the weather or season. This is the reason why I prefer sports like badminton as a way to keep in shape .

Excessive exercise can cause many problems in your body. First, hamstring injuries can occur. Excessive exercise such as squats and lunges that bend and unfold knee joints can result in hamstring injury and damage the front of the knee joint. Second, you may have insomnia. Our body recognizes that exercise is stress. Stress can lead to insomnia due to the effects of awakening hormones that strain and wake up our bodies. In addition, excessive exercise results in too much sweat and a lack of moisture. If it lasts more than four to five hours, the body will have a faster heartbeat, making it difficult to fall asleep. Therefore, no matter how good exercise is, you should not exercise too much. To stay healthy, you have to exercise moderately.

    These days, many people are interested in health and have their own ways to keep fit. In my case, I keep my health by doing Pilates. Pilates is an exercise that relaxes and strengthens my body at the same time. It is made by transforming Yoga and this type of exercise is popular these days. I started Pilates because I felt that I should take care of my health after checkup. Since then, I have been doing Pilates twice a week for an hour for a year. At first, it was hard to stretch muscles that I didn’t use often. But as time went by, my body became more flexible and solid. I gain confidence and become proud of myself. Also, while doing Pilates, I can’t think of anything else because students have to focus on maintaining their body posture. This exercise helps me stay healthy, both physically and mentally.

    1. How do you keep fit?

    To be honest, I’m not a person with a perfect body shape. However, I have some daily routine and habits to keep myself away from getting weights. First of all, I try to eat as little flour as possible to avoid unnecessary fat. Recently, I’ve been looking for vegan bakeries instead of just normal bread and trying to pack healthy snacks. Next, I try to walk to places as much as possible. Not only that, when I wake up or before having dinner, I’ve been walking for about 10000 steps a day for nearly two months. This helps me to get sleep deeply and increases my activity amount. So, these are my daily habits to keep myself healtly and fit. It might seem simple and easy to practice but, it is not that easy to keep it like this every day. Also, I’m feeling that my body is lighter than before after trying these for months and it feels great too.
